We go through your schedule, your obstacles, what's failed before, and what success looks like for you. I build your plan around your actual life, not a template.

Meal plan delivered

Not a PDF of "eat chicken and broccoli." A weekly plan with recipes, a shopping list, and a prep guide. Cook once on Sunday, eat all week. Fits around client dinners and travel.

Training program loaded into your app

1-hour sessions. 4x per week. Video demos for every movement. No guesswork. Show up, follow the app, done.

Daily check-ins start

You'll hear from me every day.

Every Day: The Check-in

Takes 2 minutes. You tell me:

  • What you ate
  • Whether you trained
  • What's coming up (travel, stress, events)

I respond. Not with "great job, keep going." With actual feedback:

  • Adjustments if something's off
  • Accountability if you're sliding
  • Pattern recognition you'd never catch yourself

This isn't a form you fill out and forget. It's a conversation.

Every Week: Strategy Call

30 minutes. Video or phone.
